My consulting practice has focused on assisting for-profit corporations and not-for-profit organizations develop and implement restructuring to optimize staff levels and analyze SaaS technology business solutions. 

As an attorney, I have had the privilege of providing a range of legal services including  advising individuals as they undertake estate planning or seek to open or expand their businesses, and advising multinational corporations with thousands of employees accomplish mergers and acquisitions. 

Additionally, I have served as an executive in higher education in public and private universities – specifically serving as Chief of Staff and General Counsel.
